The Sony Ericsson R306 have File system packet API for the PDA Optional Packages
On The Sony Ericsson R306, radio is one of the first Sony Ericsson phones to place the AM/FM radio at the heart of the phone with dedicated stereo radio speakers, preset channel buttons, 3D sound and volume boost, radio alarm clock, record/playback and TrackID.
The R306 is a clamshell, has a 65k color, 128x160 pixel TFT display, 5MB internal memory and a 1.3 megapixel camera. It supports a range of JSRs, including Mobile Media API (JSR 135) (audio playback and snapshot only), Java Technology for the Wireless Industry (JSR 185) and File system packet API for the PDA Optional Packages for J2ME Platform (JSR 75-FC).

ReplyDeleteI saw a Nokia phone that doesn't need to use the headset to play the radio. I wish Sony Ericsson can also do the same.
