Nokia against Apple's latest lawsuit

Nokia latest lawsuit against Apple, the point concerning infringement of five patents owned by Motorola.
the technology that makes communication more efficient data and voice, and make gagdet size becomes smaller.
But as the lawsuit was Nokia, the parties also have filed a lawsuit against Apple back to earlier claims by Nokia.
Note that until the latest lawsuit was filed, Apple claimed that Nokia had violated 13 patents to Apple, and they chose to imitate the iPhone to recapture mobile market share of high end.

The latest lawsuit filed to the court of Madison area was becoming a matter of extending the list of lawsuits on patent infringement between the two.
